Hi, I’m Bashan McLeod! Certified Wedding Planner, logistics strategist, and the calm presence behind seamless celebrations.
Wife. Mom. Engineer. A Lover of all things LOVE. My journey into weddings may look unconventional, but it’s exactly what makes EventBay different.
Before planning weddings, I built a career as a civil engineer, managing complex, large-scale projects where precision, timelines, and problem-solving were non-negotiable.
What I realized? I thrive in structure, coordination, and behind-the-scenes execution which are the very foundation of a flawless wedding day.
At the same time, my creative side was flourishing. From handmade Etsy creations to event décor and design, I’ve always loved bringing visions to life.
Today, I blend both worlds, strategic execution and creative intention, to guide couples through planning with clarity, confidence, and calm.
