This complementary consultation is just for us for us to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have. We can help guide you, if needed, to identify your taste, style, budget, and vision, so that we can make the most of our time together and give you a great starting point for your planning.
MONTH / DAY OF COORDINATION - Starting at $1,795
We want you to enjoy your day. This package is designed for couples that would like to do all the planning themselves, but want a professional to help them execute all of their hard work when their wedding day finally arrives. Your Coordinator will help make your day unforgettable and stress free.
- Wedding Welcome Session (should be at least two (2) months prior to the event date)
- All-in-one Project Portal for communication and efficiency
- Accompany you to a thorough final walkthrough of the chosen venue
- Day of management for a total of 10 hours from the lead coordinator’s arrival
- Lead coordinator and 1 assistant for the wedding
- Staffing dependent on guest count; if others are needed, additional fees may apply
- (Client created) Timeline revisions, floor plan finalization, management, and distribution
- Finalize and confirm vendor list/products and management on the day of (times of arrival/delivery, etc.)
- Assist with dress rehearsal for bridal party and VIPs
- Handle client “final touches”, such as: setting out programs, reserved signs, menu cards, place cards, gift table, guest book
- Assist with the direction of guest seating for the ceremony and reception
- Access to wedding day emergency kit
- Unlimited phone and email correspondence
FULL WEDDING COORDINATION - Starting at $3,495
Our mid-tier package that will cover the major highlights of your planning, the prep work leading up to the big day, and the coordination your wedding day itself! We will work together to create something unforgettable!
- Wedding Welcome Session (should be at least six (6) months prior to the event date)
- All-in-one Project Portal for communication and efficiency
- Accompany you to 3 site visits of possible venues and thorough final walkthrough of the chosen venue
- Day of management for a total of 12 hours from the lead coordinator's arrival
- Lead coordinator and 1-2 assistants for the wedding
- Staffing dependent on guest count; if more are needed, additional fees may apply
- Create a detailed timeline of events and distribute it accordingly
- Monthly Check-In meetings
- General Floor Plan creation and management (as needed)
- Finalize and confirm vendor list and management on the day of
- Vendor recommendations
- Access to wedding planning guides and tips
- Pre-made wedding planning worksheets
- Exclusive vendor connections
- Coordinate and lead dress rehearsal with bridal party and VIPs
- Handle distribution of final payment/tips to all vendors
- Handle client “final touches,” such as:

Our premium package that includes everything from our Month/Day-of-Coordination service and our mid-tier package that gives you coverage of every detail of your wedding coordination from A-Z! Sit back relax and enjoy your special day!
- All services from the Day of Coordination and Full Wedding Coordination Packages
- Wedding Welcome Session (should be at least twelve (12) months prior to the event date)
- Help create and manage wedding website
- Assist with invitation design and creation
- Accompany you to all final meetings: fittings, tastings, and site visits/walkthroughs
- Lead coordinator and 2-3 assistants for the wedding
- Staffing dependent on guest count; if more are needed, additional fees may apply
- Advanced 3D Floor Plan creation and management (as needed)
- Review all final plans and recommend backup vendors if needed
- Organize transportation coordination for you and your guests
- Book and negotiate hotel slots for guests
- RSVP's management and logistics
- Help send digital "thank you" cards after the wedding
- Initial consultation (should be at least twelve (12) months prior to the event date)
